Refund in case of outage
If part of the lift system could not be used, to the extent that the consumer had reason to expect, p. If the service is interrupted, the consumer is entitled to a refund. Refunds are not payable for temporary and short breaks due to repair or maintenance work which must be carried out immediately for safety reasons and cannot be done at another time. If the outage was caused by events beyond the control line, such as a power outage, too high wind speed, fog and other comparable circumstances that the line of management could not count on when the ski pass was sold or whose consequences could not be avoided, the following applies:
- Reimbursement is not payable in the event of an interruption that lasted less than 1/3 of the validity of the ski pass.
- By interruption, it means that less than 1/3 of the system's lifts, open at the time and open for the season, are in use.
- Refund due service interruptions shall correspond to the part of the validity of the ski pass that could not be used.
Reimbursement in case of injury or illness Reimbursement of ski pass due to injury or illness is allowed for the time that the ski pass could not be used against presentation of a medical certificate. This provided that the consumer did not use the ski pass for 2/3 or more of its validity.

The skipass you purchased is valid for the period you purchased.
If you reloaded a Keycard/chipcard you cand go directly to the slopes, unless the product you bought requires other information.
If you did not have Keycard and ordered this online, you'll need to go to the ticketoffice to pick this up.
